 THE BREAKFAST HERO Posted: 3/3/2010 In my book, Sea Salt, I have a chapter entitled, “The Heroic Man”. In it I recounted the experiences of two World Class, real-life heroes, both of whom I had personally known. One was Capt. Irving Johnson, the round-the-world skipper of the schooner Yankee and a true oceanic explorer.
